Scott Spencer    

Scott has over 20 years experience as a member of UK Reserve Forces, serving in Europe, Middle East and Africa. His civilian background is in the IT industry with a strong track record in Project Management, Consultancy and enterprise level Sales. He has a well established contact network in the IT, Defence and associated support and supply industries.

Peter Fisk    

Peter is a qualified Hydrographic Surveyor who also holds a degree in Civil Engineering. Peter has served in HM Forces both as a Regular and as a Territorial Army officer. He has a civilian background in sub sea cable surveying and the oil and gas industries. He has established an excellent network of business and commercial contacts through his civilian work.

Caroline Pearson    

Caroline is the newest member of the XRE team, joining in late 2012. Caroline is responsible for our Northern Ireland customer base and managing our global candidate base. Caroline recently sat the Recruitment & Employment Confederations "Certificate in Recruitment Practise" (CertRP) course. Not only did she achieve a Distinction and top place amongst the 247 students who took the exam in December, she scored the highest marks of any candidate since the qualification was introduced by the REC.

Steve Russell    

Steve served as an Officer in the Royal Logistic Corps from 1986-98 in a variety of roles including transport, supply, port & maritime and movements.  Steve went on to work in supply chain and logistics in the commercial sector and enjoyed management roles in the aviation, defence and the retail sectors in freight forwarding, warehouse management, project management, account management and distribution.  Steve is well placed to help ex forces people looking for roles in supply chain and logistics and to advise companies of the significant skills that logistics professionals from the Armed Forces can provide.

Tony Fisk    

Tony has worked in the Construction Industry for over 40 years. He has accumulated a vast wealth of experience working on projects for the major construction companies within the UK. He has established a substantial network of contacts within the construction industry.

Rupert Ladds      

Rupert holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and has completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Surveying. He has served with HM Forces as a Commissioned Officer as both a regular and as a member of the Territorial Army. Rupert has a background in Project Managment for both the IT and the Construction Industry, most recently overseeing the development of high quality apartments in Central London . He has established a good network of contacts within both the construction industry and the military.

Amanda Butcher 

Amanda served for 17 years as a commissioned officer in the Royal Air Force specialising at various times in general administration, estate management and IT security. Her civilian experience was initially in the security arena but for the last 15 years has been in the Third Sector, including six years as the Chief Executive of a national maritime charity. Her wide range of contacts spans HR, Security and Charities. She has a particular interest in disability issues.

Simon Stenning  

Simon was commissioned in 1978 and spent 18 years in the RAF Regiment in a variety of operational, training and staff posts. Since leaving the Royal Air Force he has worked in the Third Sector with strong links to major blue chip companies with interests in promoting their Corporate Social Responsibility policies. He has a strong commitment to disability and diversity issues and has worked with Battle Back on a rehabilitation project.

Dan Gaskin       

Dan served at sea as a Commissioned Royal Navy Officer from 2000 – 2007. Before driving ships, he spent 3 years in an Infantry Battalion as a private soldier in the Territorial Army. He has a background in sales, account management and business development in Environmental Health, Health and Safety and Facilities Management. Dan’s experience makes him the obvious choice to manage offshore, renewable energy and maritime positions. Having spent time in the Joint Environment, he has a passion for helping companies and ex-military candidates find mutually beneficial solutions to moving business forward.
